Thursday – July 29, 2010

12:00pm     Registration & Sandwich orders

12:15pm     Chalk talk: Handout 1 - Set up: Crew posture, how to cross the boat, proper hiking, spin sets, rounding’s, Boat Speed & Crew-Work – Launch Boats

1:30             Lunch with overview of daily drills

2:00pm       Harbor Start: start off with short course drills: tack & gybe on whistle (1-tack 2-gybe 3-720), rabbit starts, & bottle game (winners gets prize).  Practice Starts: ghost starts, mystery pin, & Races.

5:30pm       Debrief after races.

Friday – July 30, 2010

9:00am       Free Continental Breakfast – Launch Boats

10:00am     Chalk Talk: Handout 2 - Starts, Tactics, Strategy

11:00am     Harbor Start - Endurance Sail & Drills.

1:30pm       Lunch with Rules Seminar by Kenny Kleinschodt in the Ballroom. Bring Rule Books!!!!

ALL COACHES NEED TO BE AT GYC by 2pm

2:35pm                 Harbor Start – 2:55pm Warning for Pro-Am Shoot Out. Short Course Racing.

6:30pm       Video Debrief & Free Pizza Party in the Ballroom.

Coaches will be on VHF Channel 68
